You can book an IFS session by writing me an email at thord.dk@pm.me . I will answer as soon as possible, but it might take more than 24 hours to do so.
If you wonder if I’m the right therapist for you, then I offer a short online meeting of 15 minutes where you can get an idea of how I work. This is free of charge.
Duration of sessions
Most people find 60 minutes is a fitting time frame for an IFS session. However, the pace of the process is individual and in some instances extra time to go deeper can be beneficial. In this case you can book a 90 minutes session.
Payment
900 DKK (= 120 EUR / 124 USD) for 60 min.
1350 DKK (= 180 EUR / 175 USD) for 90 min.
– to be prepaid in DKK via Wise (cheap and fast money transfer app) or via bank transfer.
The price is indicative. If you have a good job and earn a lot, I typically charge 1100 DKK per session. On the other hand, if you find it difficult to make ends meet, we can agree on a lower price.

Cancellation
No later than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. In case of later cancellation, full price is paid for the service.
